Sent emails not showing up.

Yesterday a Microsoft support person helped me reconfigure my Outlook mail settings and switched from ipop to imap. We also set up a new account. My sent mail folder is not recording the new sent mails. I need to talk to a support person and don't know how to get through. The phone number on the email from Microsoft Support does not work. Very frustrated

Which Sent folder? On the IMAP account or in your Personal Folders?
