When sharing a calendar in OWA 2010, an email is generated to recipient with an "Add this Calendar" icon as well as the following text in the body of the message "Username has invited you to view his or her Microsoft Exchange Calendar. For instructions on how to view shared folders on Exchange, see the following article:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=57561"

I now have users trying to copy and paste this URL rather than doing the somewhat obvious and clicking the Add this Calendar icon :( If anyone is aware of an enterprise-level way to customize this message, that would be incredibly helpful.

Hi Kim,

I think you cannot customize the Invitation mail.

If you send an invitation by outlook, recipients(Outlook users) will receive the invitation without message "Username has invited you to view his or her Microsoft Exchange Calendar...", but the same recipient(OWA) will see the message.

So I guess this is hard code for OWA.

By the way, some customizations of OWA are also not supported.
