Exporting calendar to excel is missing some items

When exporting my calendar to Excel I noticed that some of my appointments were not exporting. It looks like the missing appointments are recurring appointments sent to me by someone else and that have been updated. But only some of that type of appointment are missing - not all of them. Does anyone have an idea of why these certain appointments fail to export, and how I can fix it?




I am running outlook 2007 on Vista.

Everything within the date range should export. Did you try exporting a larger date range?



I did try that. I thought that maybe the missing items were being exported with the wrong date - maybe the date they were added to the calendar rather than the appointment date. So I exported 3 months prior and three months after. But it didn't help. Strange, isn't it? Any other ideas?

It is strange and I'm not sure why its skipping some, unless they are seen as corrupt for some reason.

Is the start date of the missing appointments within the export period?
