We have a user who updated a meeting (added a new user) and send out a meeting requestonly to the new user. The new user gets the meeting request, but all other users get a cancellation for that meeting.

What type of email account do you use? (e.g., POP, IMAP or Exchange)

Is it a recurring appointment?

Follow the instructions to automatically process meeting requests:

Open Outlook > Click on File > Options > Calendar > Resource Scheduling >

Check if you have selected the Following options:

Automatically Accept Meeting request and Remove canceled meetings

Automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment or meeting.

Automatically decline recurring meeting requests

That's not the problem. The person (A) who organized the meeting add another person (B) to the list of invited persons. A sends an updated meeting request only to the new invited person B. Person gets the meeting request, but all other persons who are invited get an cancellation of the meeting.
