"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Errors have been detected in the file C:Users\owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and the Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more information about the Inbox repair tool, see Help."

I ran the repair but I am still getting the same error when I try to open Outlook...

What is the size of Outlook PST file?

You may copy the PST file to desktop and then run the scanpst on the file in Windowssafe mode to check if this helps.

Create Outlook new profile and then try to open the Outlook PST file which is on the desktop.

Note: Restart the computer once troubleshooting is completed.
