I install a fresh windows 2010, office 2010, and create a new PST file and made it as a default for delivery.

But all email are coming to server mailbox and not moved automatically to PST folder,Why?

Note. office 2007 was working perfectly.

Ok now, I found the trick. It is a new feature in Outlook 2010 and not found in outlook 2007.

In E-Mail Accounts view at the bottom there is a button called " Change Folder " , it is used to change the delivey location.

FYI - this feature was first introduced in Outlook 2007.

With Exchange accounts, you should use cache mode and keep the mail in the exchange mailbox, not move it to a pst.
