I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop and I opened Outlook last night and got a message that said "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close." I could not get it to open at all. It closes every time I try. I unistalled Microsoft Office and reinstalled with my original disks. However, it still did the same thing. How do I get it back working? I have one additional detail. I must have upgraded office at some point, so the version I reinstalled is 2002.
