Merging 3 calendar in Outlook 2003

I use Mobile Me to help synchronize my I-Phone, a laptop which has Outlook 2003 & a PC with Outlook 2007. Somehow, I am ending up having 4 different calendars where I only need one. The same thing has happened with my contacts as well.

1) Is there a way to merge all these four calendars/contacts into one?

2) Does anyone know how Moblie Me, I am assuming, created such multitude of accounts and how to prevent this repeated, granting I am able to merge the current accounts?

Which software do you use to sync Mobile me with Outlook? E.g. Active sync, hot sync
