Saving email to a local archive with Office 2011 for Mac

In Entourage, you had the option to move email from your Exchange mailbox to a local archive file (similar to a PST file in Windows). I can't seem to see where you create one of those in Outlook 2011, can someone point me in the right direction?

I found it, it's under Perferences, General, uncheck the box for "Hide On My Computer folders".

How does mailbox cleanup work on Office 2011 to reduce the size of exchange server an also - I notice teh absence of Auto Archive..

Can I ask a probably old question... in using Entourage in Office Mac 2008, how do you create the archive files... I used to create monthly archive .pst files when using PC Outlook, but everything changed when I went to Mac. Thanks!
