I have a situation where we have 20 conference rooms with various names. The receptionist keeps them all open so she is aware of availability. We do not use the overlay feature for this. However, with all of these open, some of the conference rooms present with tabs that say Previous Approintment and Next Appointment - clicking on the tab takes you either the previous or next appointment based on the particular calendar you click on - it can take you back a day or week and forward similarly based on the conference room chosen. Is there a way to turn off these tabs for an individual user?
