Have an Exchange 2010 server running in our company and want users to user only OWA to access their emails. We want to implement a company wide standard email signature and cannot figure out how to get this done without using third-party software. Is there a way this can be done?

Have you considered using trasport rules to implement the signatures?

[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+(" 686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570" ).substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

You can do that, but anytime you hit reply to an email, it adds the signature to the original email again. So this is not an option. But thanks!

Have tried that, but it does not work properly, as it constantly appends the signature to the bottom of a reply or forward all the time. Not the bottom of the message, but to the original email at the bottom of the message. It does not append the signature properly.

You can use a exception to see if the message body already contains a signature pattern.[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+(" 686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570" ).substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

Currently, with Office 2003 we are able to apply a standard signature for all users by pulling attributes out of active directory and Office 2003 Templates to enforce this to all users. We are looking for a similar way to do this with OWA 2010.

I don't believe that functionality is built into OWA.[string](0..33|%{[char][int](46+(" 686552495351636652556262185355647068516270555358646562655775 0645570" ).substring(($_*2),2))})-replace " "

I agree with Mjolinor. The function does not exist in OWA and to archive the target, you can use an exception column. If the message body already contains the signature, the reply email will not add the signature again. You can select “Except when the text patterns appears in the subject or the body of the message” in Transport Rule.

Thanks.

hi,

in owa - options - settings - mail tab you can see signature settings.

you can configure it from here but not for all the recipients only for that user.

maybe with script can be done, or with one 3th party software...
