Adding groups of contacts to a Distribution List, by Company. Company column not available.

Running Office 2007 (Outlook):

After creating a Distribution List I want to add multiple contacts by Companies. Since only 3 columns are available when Adding Members (Name, Display Name & Email Address) I see no way to select by Company. I thought the " More Columns" option in the Search line would permit selecting just the companies I wanted to add but it does nothing.

Any ideas?

create a view in the contact folder that shows only the display name and email address (you actually only need either field) and filter by company. Then copy this list (use Ctrl+click to pick and choose addresses) and paste into the Members field of the address picker.

Thank you Diane. I wish there was a better work around, but it gets the job done.
