Outlook 2010 stops working and closes when importing data to Business Contact Manager

I am running Windows 7 32bit operating system

I have Microsoft office 10 Professional plus w/ contact manager add on

I am attempting to import contacts in to my Contact Manager for initial start up of program using the wizard and immediately Office Outlook stops working and closes.

I am using a Microsoft Exchange Server

Any help on getting my contact database into Contact Manager would be appreciated

Try to drag and drop the contacts to the target folder and verify the status.

You may create a new Outlookprofile to check if it allows performing Import/Export.

Note: ensure to configure the BCM database and reconnect the old PST in the new profile.

If the issue continues, provide detailed error repot using theEvent Viewer.
