Under the contacts folder I have created subfolders. In the Navigation Pane they are all strung in a series. How do I get the Navigation Pane to show them as subfolders?

The navigation pane modules don't indent or order subfolders. You can drag them arround to change the order but they won't be indented or otherwise identified as a subfolder. The folder list (Ctrl+6) will display the subfolders as subfolders.

Well that is disappointing. That makes for a mighty long list. The older versions of Outlook did that quite well. I guess we call that progress.

I guess I should still say thanks for the disappointing news.

Use the folder list instead of the navigation modules - that's how it worked in older versions.

It took a moment but I figured out how to use Folder List in-lieu of mail. Thats exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks,
