Outlook Installation Error Message

Whenever I attempt load Outlook 2010 I receive the following message: The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete tranaction

Do you use an Exchange server account?

If you don"t use an Exchange server account, delete the email account from mail applet for the current profile or create a new profile.

Refer the link below to create a new profile in Outlook.

If you"re connected to the Exchange server account, contact your IT administrator.
