We have attempted over 10 times to change the size of Fonts in Customize Current View "Other Settings" and "Automatic Formatting". Every time, when we save the new Font sizes, they show up that way in the folder we are in such as Inbox. The minute we change to another Folder such as Unread Mail or Junk Mail and then go back to the Inbox, the Fonts return to their previous and original settings. This is with Outlook 2007 running on Windows 7 64 bit.

When the exact same procedure is done in the same exact version of Outlook running on Windows XP, the Font changes hold. So it appears there is a real bug in how Outlook runs in Windows 7 64 bit.

Are Microsoft engineers and managers aware of this bug? Has this bug been fixed in Outlook 2010? Is their patch an engineer can send us immediately to fix this?

Have to repro and check if this issue occurs.

If this is a files bug then MS Dev team would be looking into it.
