unsuccessful attempts to add new email address to existing Outlook account

I have two other emails in Outlook already and have tried to add a new email address that is hosted by a different hosting company . they say everything on their end is setuip properly but I keep getting asked for my username and password and it will not setup. How do I fix this??

Are you sure you have the right server names and port numbers for that hosting company?
