send a email, with out having to save contact details, in office 03 and 07 you could uncheck and disable email name check

i am running the new office 2010 pro, very good but a few issues, mainly within outlook, struggle often to send emails, and cannot work out to disable name check

You can't disable name checking - outlook will always check names (if you enter names, not email addresses) on Send. You can disable auto checking when you leave the address fields. File, Options, Mail - near the end of the dialog. Screenshot: http://slipstick.me/jing/namecheck.png
