I am having issues with Outlook 2007. One day it's working fine and the next day my send, new, reply, and forward button are light grey and are not working. I'm very frustrated with the support team here at Microsoft as well. I have not yet been able to talk to a real person and this is really affecting my business. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? I have checked to make sure my Outlook is activated and I don't know where to go from here...
