Changing default tracking folder from sent items folder to a user selected folder for individual ema



This is an outlook 2010 question. You used to (In Outlook 2003) be able to pre-select the folder that an email would be placed is after it was sent by going ito the properties of the email and defining the folder in tracking options. The default was always " sent items" . The properties window can be found by expanding " tags" in the email window ribbon. the tracking option is no longer available in this window. For individual emails, I used to select a custom folder like " sales" or " suppliers" and then the sent email would be stored there. If the email recipient responded to the email then my reply would automatically be stored in the relevant folder. Does anybody know how to do this in Outlook 2010?
