synchronizing error with windows 7 and office outlook 2010. error 4102

I have cleaned all my safe senders, etc and still have the errors. i am n ot receiving e-mail in my outlook account but am in hotmail and windows live.

This error is usually due to having your Hotmail mailbox set as your default delivery location and having RSS feeds configured to be delivered to your Hotmail mailbox.

Either configure a Personal Folder (pst-file) as your default mailbox folder or configure your RSS feeds to be delivered to a folder outside of your Hotmail mailbox.
