Emails stuck in Outbox/new messages can't be found.

Outlook will not send emails. All server settings are correct. Also completed a manual send/receive and emails were downloaded but now cannot be found. Settings have not changed - emails should still be going into directly to Inbox.

What type of email account is configured in Outlook? E.g. POP/IMAP/Exchange

Open Outlook > Click on View > Current view > ensure "Messages" is checked.

You may try to send emails in Windows clean boot mode to check if it helps.

Note: Ensure to restart computer in normal mode once troubleshooting is completed.
