I cannot receive or send email to an individual with the address @ejourney.com

Do you think they have been black listed for spam, I wouldn't be surprised if Mcafee was blocking, they block just about every thing just to be on the safe side.

What type of email account are you using in Outlook (POP or IMAP or Exchange)?

Send an email from webmail to that particular email address and verify the status. If you are able to send from webmail, post the exact error message what you get in Outlook.
