Dear Microsoft Team,

After importing a BCM file into Business Contact Manager 2010 all the created/due dates for each contact history has the import date which means i cannot tell when the email was sent or received or when the journal entry was made without opening it. Also some dates have been put into the wrong date format so that they appear in the future. Please can someone help with this.

The BCM file was created by exporting from BCM 2003.

I upgraded to Office Home and Business 2010 and BCM 2010 because some of the functions in BCM 2003 stopped working which I have now discovered was due to Security UPdate for Outlook (KB2293428)

Prior to all of this outlook with BCM 2003 was working correctly. The operating system is windows XP.

Thank you
