First, I appologize if this is not the correct place to post this question. I'm quite confused by the forum set up.

Second - here's my question. I have outlook 2003 and it has 2 Inbox folders. Is there a way to merge them, get rid of one or something so that it does not delete the other? I think it's slowing my Outlook down so I would like any suggestions or advice, please.

Thank you.

You have 2 inbox you mean one on the server itself and another one like a personal folder?

No, not two servers. I just mean that when I open my one outlook I have two Inbox folders. Any ideas? Thank you

Hi,

You can use your OWA to test this issue whether it is existence.

If no use, you can create a new Outlook profile.

Test with a new Outlook profile

1. Exit Outlook.

2. Go to Start > Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.

3. Click Show Profiles. Choose Prompt for a profile to be used.

4. Click Add.

5. Type a name for the profile, and then click OK.

6. Start Outlook, and choose this new profile.

If this problem does not occur in the new Outlook profile, the old Outlook is corrupted. We can delete that and use a new Outlook profile.

Sincerely,

Harry
