My company is trying to launch a series of recurring email campaigns through outlook. We will most likely create 6-8 email templates to connect with prospects (some based on industry, some based on our level of involvement with them, etc).

My question is: how do I set these emails up efficiently? Are the outlook experts out there that can help me execute these email campaigns in an efficient and effective manner? Are there ways to track response rates?

Please help! Thanks

Hi,

Outlook will do a mass mailing. One common was of doing it is via Mail Merge. Take a look at the following links (the links are for older versions of Outlook, but the principles remain the same):

There is also Business Contact Manager for Outlook that has the ability to create a Marketing Campaign. Take a look at this link (this is for BCM 2007 but it also applies to some extent to BCM 2010):

This for BCM 2010:

Hope this helps!

The traffic on your blog or website can pour in heavily, if you are using the right internet marketing techniques. For my own fashion blog, I have been using the service from expert seo consultant Los Angeles. Truly getting absolutely amazing results. I am so happy with their work.

Hey,
You can send personalized mass email via Outlook, using the mail merge function as follows:
To create a mass email list with Outlook, go to “People” and select all those contacts to whom you wish to send the email.
Now go back to “Home” and select “Mail Merge” from the “Actions” group. This will open the “Merge Contacts” dialog box.
Choose “Only selected contacts”.
In the “merge to” selection box, select the “email” option.
In the “Message subject line” box, enter your chosen subject line.
Click “ok”. Microsoft Word will then open automatically.
From the “Mailings” tab, go to “Greeting line”.
Here you can decide how you want to greet your recipients. Once you click “ok”, a greeting placeholder will be added to the Word document.
Next, write the text you want to include in the body of the email and then click “Finish & Merge”.
Select the “Send email messages” option and re-enter your desired subject line in the “subject line” text box.
If you haven’t previously deactivated automatic sending, your Outlook email will now be sent to the selected recipients when you click “Ok”.
Regards,
