Is it possible to have two completely seperate AD forests (with a trust) both with an Exchange 2010 server and to setup DAG"s on both servers to replicate mailbox databases to each other? If yes, what are the prerequisites?

No it is not. You cannot cross-forest your DAG members. See link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638104.aspx

Under General Requirements:

" Each Mailbox server in a DAG must be a member server in the same domain."
