· After receiving the 12/14/2010 updates for Outlook 2003, Outlook no longer connects to Frontier.com e-mail account. I can still get my e-mail on the web, but I can't send or receive e-mail with Outlook now.
My e-mail service hasn't changed. I just spent an hour on the phone with my ISP, and there's nothing wrong on that end. The only thing I can think is that it's related to the updates, because that's when it stopped working.
I run Windows XP.
