Upgrading HUB 2010 to SP1, getting error "There should only be a single RMS Shared Identity user"

Here is the body of the complete error message when trying to upgrade a server in Hyper-V, where HUB and CAS roles are installed: Any one received similar error or know what is solution please reply... thanks so much!!!
