Hi

I am running Exchange 2010 and clients are using Outlook 2007. When I go to launch the Out of Office assistant on one user's computer I get the following message - Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later. ?

What do I need to do to resolve this?

Regards

Odds are you have some problem with the EWS virtual directory. Maybe autodiscover is not sending the right url to clients.

Run the Test-OutlookWebServices cmdlet and check if it reports any error.

Also, Ctrl + Right Click on the Outlook icon next to the clock and run the Test Autoconfiguration. Which url is listed under OOFUrl?

Hi,

Is this odd issue or epidemic on the users? Did you check it in OWA? If it's fine in OWA and only one user has this issue, that should the OOF componet of the user.

If it's fine in OWA and all the users have the issue, that should be the Web Service issue for Outlook.
