Suddenly on my WinXP/Office2007 environment, for about two days, all my sent emails displayed a date 2 weeks in the future.

This happened once before, and both time has corrected itself after a while.

Is there any MS KB article referencing this phenomenom?

Did you check the date setting on the computer? The usual cause is the computer date has changed - with XP and older versions, it happens fairly easily if you use the clock's calendar to check dates. If you use the option to check Windows time server, that will fix the date eventually, or it gets fixed when you check the calendar again. (Win7 and Vista prevent this by showing a calendar and if you want to change the date, its another step).
