I have been attempting to have Outlook use a custom form for the default meeting requests within the company without much luck. It isn't fancy, just a specific font and some autoshapes around the fields. I have published the form to the Organizational Forms Library and am able to use 'Choose Form' and have it look just fine. However, when I go into the calendar folder and make it use the same form as the default option, it shows up in plain text when I select 'New Meeting Request'.
The weirdest part is that if I look on my calendar or in sent items, the formatting is there, but whatever text was entered as plain text doesn't exactly line up.
We're on Exchange 2010 and have been able to reproduce the problem 100% of the time with Outlook 2010 32-bit and 64-bit, and also Outlook 2007. Has anyone else ever run into this?
