In Outlook 2003, I used Macros in Contacts and Signatures in Emails for repetitive text that I use. I'm starting to use Quick Parts in 2010 instead of macros and also signatures work differently in that you can only use one signature per email. It seems when you use a second signature, the first signature is replaced. If I'm incorrect, please let me know.

I have about 30 macros and around 50 signatures that I use. With Quick Parts, it shows quite a bit of text in the list to pick from. Is there a way just to show the Quick Parts name and also reorder them?

Thanks.

Shawn
