Adding attendees and only send update to them

Hello:

Everytime I make a change to a meeting on the calendar and uncheck the "Response required" option and check "only send update to new attendees", EVERYONE receives

updates. There seems to be a lot of little quirks with the calendar. Any ideas why

this is happening?
