I have a desktop and a laptop computer. They are not connected in anyway. My desktop computer is my primary computer. My laptop is a relatively new Lenovo T410i computer purchased August 2010.
Both computers have Windows 7 Pro and Office 2010 Pro. Outlook is my default mail server on both. I upgraded over a year ago from Windows XP Pro and Office 2007 Pro.
I want to transfer my desktop Contacts, Calendar and Task to my laptop. I searched both computers for .PST files. Zero results.
In the past, I Outlook "exported" "folders" from my desktop and Outlook "imported" "files" to my laptop. However, after "export" my desktop Contacts were messed up. A few contacts were missing, categories were missing on almost all contacts, etc. It was a mess.
So, how can do this efficiently and effectively without messing anything up???
Thanks, Roger.
