When printing out my Tasks from Outlook 2003, the "Notes" column prints as a single line, ignoring any carriage returns I have put in on the Task Form. How can I get a printout that either recognises my <CR>s, or word wraps to the width of the column ?

TIA

John.

Are you printing the memo format? The notes field should wrap in the format but if you use the list view, you'll print exactly what you see on the screen. I you want multiple lines you need to use autopreview.
