Hi, I probably ask a very basic question, but I'm new to this so bear with me. Searching the forum/google didn't help much either, and now I haven't got much time to get this right neither, so I'd be enormously grateful for any help whatsoever!

What I want to do, is to create an email template consisting of a table with different "options" that will be ticked off by the sender before sending the email to a customer, preferably using radiobuttons. The radiobuttons should also be "grouped" in the sense that out of 3 buttons, only 1 should be possible to mark.

That is, I want to create a template with e.g. radiobuttons - the person using the template will mark the radiobuttons that is needed and then send the email - the recipient of the email will just read the email, and will not do anything else with it than read it.

Is this possible to achieve, and could anyone give me a pointer as to how?? I'm totally at a loss here. I've tried the developer mode, but honestly, I do not understand squat of this... Everything that I try seems to be doing anything but what I want it to do, and ***** I work with computers every single day!

Please help if you can, I'd be forever grateful!
 
Honestly, I would use a web page for this. While you can do it in email, security makes it tougher - you either need to use a custom form which will only work with Outlook or HTML, which may not work in all clients (due to security). A webpage can handle it much easier.
