Ok, I deleted a user from our exchange server because the profile was corrupt. I recreated the user under the same name. I gave them the same email address as that is what their business card says. The user can send emails fine, but every one I try to send to them bounces back undeliverable. I've found if I click a message they sent to me and hit reply, they can receive the message fine. Anyway to fix this or any idea why it is occurring?

You are using the autocomplete cache to send to them? The cache holds the old address. When that entry comes up, delete it.

If you are selecting it from the address book, the OAB may not be updated with the new address yet. You can use the Send & Receive > Update offline addresses to update it or wait up to 24 hours.

Thank you for the response. I figured that out after my post. So already fixed. Thanks for the quick response though :D
