Anyone with this Microsoft Outlook issue can help?

I have a coworker that when he receives an email with an RMA attachment every subsequent email with additional RMA attachments all carry the RMA from the fist attachment. EX. 1st email has RMA for blue phone..2nd email is supposed to be RMA for green phone, however, it is the RMA for the blue. The 2nd email is labled green phone RMA ..etc etc..but the attachement IS the RMA for the blue? Any clue why this is happening? Outlook has been shut down and the pc restarted and the sender say's she is 100% sure they are sending the correct RMA for each mail.

All are from the same sender? It's one of two things - well, one thing, but I'm not sure which side is the problem.

This behavior indicates the "securetemp" folder is "full" - you need to delete the files in your securetemp and if the problem does not go away, the problem may be on the sender's side.

Paste %localappdata%\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook in the address bar of windows explorer and press Enter to open the folder.
