Hi,
I have just updated all of our users from Office 2003 to Office Home and Business 2010. The update worked well except that some of our users are reporting that they are getting an error message stating that their PST file is too large. I was under the impression that there is a 20GB limit for Office 2010 PST file?
Here’s my method for updating.
Clean install of O/S
Office 2010 Installed
Outlook setup with manual configuration.
Copied Office 2003 PST file to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Outlook Files
Pointed Outlook 2010 to use an existing data file.
Pointed Outlook 2010 to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Outlook Files
Is there anyway to resolve this issue, or, as I just copied the pst users are now stuck with a 1.8GB pst limit?
Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated.
Mark.
