The operation failed error while send email to other domain.

I have three email acc in outlook two email acc are working fine and third one is received mails from everyone and send mails to internal domain if try to send mail any other domain it wass pop up the message "The Operation Failed" could you please guide me how to fix this issue in outlook 2010.
