Outlook 2013 - All rules simply delete the email

Hi, This is a bit crazy but every time I set up a rule in Outlook 2013 the rule seems to work but actually deletes the email. I have to log into Office 365 and recover the email from the deleted items folder. It happened with 2 business emails, one being a tax payment, so I was less than impressed. As a test I added a simple rule to move and email to a folder and it did the same. I recovered it to my inbox, it reappeared, I ran the rule again and it was deleted. Has anyone else come across this before ? Steve

You are using an Office 365 Hosted Exchange account or Office 365 Home Premium and using an email account your have?

When you move mail using rules, Outlook actually deletes it from one folder and move it into the other. So the behavior you are seeing is not unusual. But the message should be in the moved folder. I've noticed with gmail accounts that Outlook is slow to sync changes. It's possible this is happening here.
