Add Attendees is greyed out on Appointment

How do you add or edit attendees to an appointment that has already been created?


The "Add Others" button is greyed out

Are you the organizer? The organizer should be able to add more attendees. You could forward it to the others but they won't be on the attendee list until they accept the meeting.

As an FYI, I'm going to remove the screenshots for privacy reasons.

- Thanks for removing the screenshots - I tried, but it wasn't an option

- Yes, Organizer reads: Mary Burton on behalf of Tracy Means - and the "Add Others" on the Scheduling Tab is greyed out whether we are in Mary Burton's Outlook opening Tracy Means calendar or in Tracy Means Outlook

Any suggestions?
