Hi all,

I'm using Advanced Find to try and accomplish the following:

  • Searching by Company, which is pre-defined.
  • Searching by Title for the word "Agent."

Unfortunately, the search result for Title also pulls other entries like "Agent Staff," "Agent Support," "Agent Office," etc.

Is there any trick to have Advanced Find only seek out people with the title of "Agent?"

Thanks in advanced for your help,

Joe

Hi Joe,

I assume that you are using the Advanced Find popup window. If so, then is this what you are looking for:

Advanced_find.jpg

Select Title from the Field dropdown list

Select is (exactly) from the Condition dropdown list

Type Agent -- or anything else you want to search for -- in the Value field

Click Add to List

Hi RamblingR,

Thanks for your response.

This would normally be correct. However, I need to extract the names, titles, and companies out of a Global Address Book. This method doesn't seem to work for that?

Please advise.
