How intelligent can you make a form?

I want to create an outlook form where a set of questions will change depending on the answer to the first question. is this possible and if so how should I best go about it?

I have started playing around with a message form and have currently got different tabs for the user to fill in depending on the first selection but what I would ideally like is all the irrelevant tabs to disappear leave the user with only one option.

I hope that is clear and I would really appreciate any advise as this is the first time I have tried to use Outlook forms.</SPAN>

Each control would use case statements. I'm not sure it will work in standard email, you'll need to use controls to do it, I think. I'm not an developer by any means but using Case statements to change values in other controls makes sense to me.

Thanks Larry,

Do you have any examples of case statements and controls?
