Outlook 2013 32 bit

I downloaded & selected AOL Got Mail.

I tested it it sounds & it was fine,but when i use it for Outlook Mail Notification it does NOT work Outlook plays the Default sound.

Here's the strange part.

I downloaded another mail sound & it plays fine in Outlook.

How can Wav file work & the other doesn't ??????????????????
 
Both were set up/assigned ot the mail soubd the same way? How long is Aol Got Mail? Are they both the same file type?
