Calendar Permissions - Delegates - View Title Only

Hi all,

I am attempting to determine how to allow delegates to see the time, location and subject of my meetings without seeing the details. Typically I will get a meeting request with an agenda that follows. To keep my inbox clean I paste the agenda into the meeting so I can quickly print it before hand. In these instances I have been creating a second meeting marked private to get around this issue. However, I am hoping there is a 'better way'.

I had read about a 'Free/Busy time, subject, location' permission level on another website, however when I go through my 2010 Outlook I don't see it and only see;

I'm not sure what the next step is, or if what I'm trying to do is possible but any help would be appreciated.

Have you Shared the calender or Delgated Access to the calender?

For a Shared Calender you can goto Change Sharing Permissions and select Free Busy Time and Location under Read.

This does not work for Delegates.
