BCM Contacts & Accounts not displaying correctly

One of our BCM user's Accounts & Contacts appear as regular Outlook contacts when she opens them up. The ribbon, tabs, etc. at the top are identical to a regular Outlook contact form - not the BCM form that the rest of us see. How can I fix that? It USED to work, BTW. I also used to have the same issue on my old machine from time to time, but restarting Outlook always solved the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed my own problem. :) Disabled BCM and re-enabled it. I swear I've tried that before, but this time it worked.
