Using Outlook 2007, attempting to publish forms for a shared Mailbox into the Inbox. The form is serving as an e-mail template. My main goal is to allow for convenience so that all the users will have to do is select Actions and then choose the form they wish to use. I am able to do this with no problem however I am having difficulty with the form is showing as a name. For the screen shot below I published the form with the name "Test". Under actions it shows "New Test". I have selected a category and subcategory and placed it in a folder (Inbox). For some of the users that will have access to it, this will add to the already present confusion.....could someone explain what I'm doing wrong?? Untitled.jpg
