Hi,
is it possible to somehow create Tasks in Outlook for another user in a way that they would appear in the user Task list without the need for acceptance? In a regular use the assignee should receive an assigned Task in the inbox and should either Accept or Reject it, I'm looking for an option to skip this part and have a path directly to another user account's Task list.
The user should receive the Tasks in his/her smartphone, so the process of acceptance does not seem to work there for one and is in this case also annoying extra step (if it would).
Is this somehow possible?
BR,
T.
